New product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for any reason. We accept returns for any reason and never charge a restocking fee. The amount of the purchase will be refunded in full, including any shipping fees you may have paid. Pack Jack is not responsible for shipping or packing fees from 3rd party outlets. Defective product returns purchased less than 6 months ago are covered by our in-house warranty. Products purchased more than 6 months ago are not returnable. Please see our warranty page for more details.
