Orders that do not require custom programming ship same day if received before 1pm Eastern. Orders that require programming will shipping within 2 business days of instruction receipt.
Free Economy (1-7 Business Days) shipping on all orders and products to the lower 48 states and Canada. Some orders include free 2-day nationwide shipping. Free 2-day items will be advertised as such.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Residents of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, the Carolinas, Tennessee, Kentucky and Virginia are encouraged to use the free economy shipping option as the transit time is usually two days.
Transit times do not include weekends and holidays. Pack Jack is not responsible for acts of god or other weather related delays.
Example 1: If you place a 2-day order on Friday at noon(before the 1pm cut off) the order will not arrive until Tuesday. Monday is the first full transit day and Tuesday is the second. Saturday and Sunday are not carrier business days. You would need to select a one-day shipping option to receive the order on Monday.
Example 2: If you place a 2nd day order on Monday at 3pm(after the 2pm cut off time) the order will not ship until Tuesday. This order will arrive on Thursday. Tuesday and Wednesday are the two transit days.
