Warranty Period. Pack Jack directly warrants any purchase for a period of six months(180 days) from the date of purchase. This warranty includes parts, labor and return postage. Pack Jack further warrants repaired or replaced products for the remainder of the warranty period. Pack Jack is not responsible for shipping or packing fees from 3rd party outlets. You must contact us for a return shipping label. Warranty and liability is not to exceed the total purchase price.
